Role Description
You will be performing the following responsibilities:
Machine Setup - Prepare and configure laser cutting machines according to technical drawings, work orders, and project specifications.
Production Execution - Operate laser equipment to cut metal and other materials with high precision, ensuring adherence to dimensional and quality standards.
Process Monitoring- Monitor the cutting process in real time, adjusting laser speed, power, and focus to ensure optimal performance and reduce material waste.
Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production flow.
Quality Control
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify conformance to specifications and maintain high-quality output.
Collaboration
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and team members to meet production goals, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following safety protocols and using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
